I can't reset my password.

Password are reset from the Login/Password Reset link using your email address. Forgot Password Form.
If you don't receive an email within 5 minutes you may either have an incorrect email address on the system or no account at all.
Either email learning.hub@sunderland.gov.uk with details of the error or fill out the Request New Account Form

What do I do when I first sign in?

When you log in for the first time please check your profile details are correct including email address for password resets and details in the Additional Information Section, including Managers Email for booking on courses.

When booking on a Face to Face course I get the error "No Manager Assigned in the System".

You need to update your Additional Information to include your Managers Email.

How do I check and update my profile details?

At the top right corner of the screen you will see your name, Click the drop down menu, choose profile, click edit in the first box, Additional Information is the last section at the bottom.
